The staff displayed amazing warmth and efficiency. They readily addressed every request. My room contained many useful amenities. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape with excellent poolside service.

my room felt damp and stuffy, and i started to feel a cold coming on after the first night. the room didn't have much light, i would have liked it brighter. the bed sheets also felt damp.

The room service was quick, even during peak hours. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing experience with comfortable lounge chairs. (I enjoyed a refreshing swim after a long day.). The breakfast buffet included many options with fresh fruit and pastries.

The walls looked thin, and noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep. The gym was smaller than I expected with limited equipment. (It only had two treadmills).
