amazing warmth efficient staff useful amenities

The staff displayed amazing warmth and efficiency. They readily addressed every request. My room contained many useful amenities. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape with excellent poolside service.

damp room dark room

the staff was nice and helpful at times, which i did appreciate.

my room felt damp and stuffy, and i started to feel a cold coming on after the first night. the room didn't have much light, i would have liked it brighter. the bed sheets also felt damp.

The location was indeed convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The breakfast was great (especially the pho). The staff were attentive. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

The room service was quick, even during peak hours. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing experience with comfortable lounge chairs. (I enjoyed a refreshing swim after a long day.). The breakfast buffet included many options with fresh fruit and pastries.

The walls looked thin, and noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep. The gym was smaller than I expected with limited equipment. (It only had two treadmills).
